The Brief

Syngenta, one of the worlds largest suppliers of agricultural products, approached Prizeshark to assist with the relaunch of their Partnership Plan; an incentive and loyalty programme that rewards their growers and customers. The brief was far from simple. Syngenta required a marketing and fulfilment partner to assist with various aspects of the platform including supplier relationship management, engagement and communication assistance, customer services operations, full prize catalogue management and end-to-end fulfilment.

The Solution

We are proud to work in partnership with one of the world’s leading agricultural material suppliers, Syngenta.
 
Together we have created the Partnership Plan programme, which gives their agricultural customers the opportunity to earn points from purchasing Syngenta products and uploading vital cropping information that they can share within the community. This has helped Syngenta drive engagement and increase sales by rewarding their customers for their loyalty and interaction.
