Prizeshark work with an increasing number of companies, providing our services, solutions & gifts for trade promotions.

Typically, our clients are manufacturers that are selling products through distributors/merchants and want to influence trade customer spending. The marketplaces are highly competitive, our role is to provide engaging gifts for collector style promotions, or for competitions where everyone has a chance of winning.

Clients

Tarkett are a flooring manufacturer that sell via distributors to the trade, both for residential & commercial markets. Our role with Tarkett is to create engaging gifts & rewards for their ‘Top Deals’ promotions, these typically last 3 months and give trade customers the opportunity to accumulate points for each square meter purchased. During, or at the end of the promotion, customers can redeem their points for their chosen gift that is fulfilled, with a personalised letter by Prizeshark.

Tarkett need a company that suggest a range of gifts at the initial concept stage, that are based on the customer demographic, the time of year and events that are relevant at that time. Any customer queries surrounding their gift is handled directly by Prizeshark.

Prizeshark arrange ad-hoc prizes for Tarkett too, these have included short breaks, holidays and experience vouchers. Tarkett have utilised an SMS reward system we can offer for certain gift codes, this enables us to send these instantly with a personalised message.

Aqualisa are a shower manufacturer that sell to the trade through merchants. In a competitive marketplace, they’ve tried various gift promotions to drive sales mixed results. Our first challenge was to address this, we identified that the claim process isn’t always easy, as proof of purchase and a claim needs to be submitted.

We proposed an SMS instant redemption mechanism, the customer receives a unique code with each Midas range shower that they send in to a short code number. If the code is valid, and not previously redeemed, they are instantly sent back a £5 voucher to spend at Greggs.

To date, redemptions are on track to be over 10 times greater than previous recent promotions, contributing to an increase in the number of Midas showers sold.

Prizeshark have worked with VELUX on various campaigns, all targeted towards installers of roof windows or to staff within builders merchants to drive sales. Together, we’ve devised prizes for the VELUX Tour, an initiative in 2016, where trade customers could learn more about the new VELUX white painted roof window range at their local builders merchants, and have the chance to win some amazing prizes, such as iPads in a scratchcard competition.

Once the winners are drawn, Prizeshark will send prizes out directly to them and handle any aftercare services.

We were able to offer some additional support to the promotion, with free Apple iTunes gift cards.
